The cruise lines, vacation package wholesalers, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and car rental companies on this site are third party providers, and Talavera Travel LLC has no control whatsoever over their actions or in-actions. Talavera Travel LLC is not responsible for third party failure to perform, breach of contract, or any action, intentional or negligent, which results in any loss, injury, delay or damage to you or your property or to anyone traveling with you, or to the property of that party. Talavera Travel LLC cannot and does not guarantee third party provider reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or the performance of scheduled flights, cruises or tours, or the availability of hotel rooms or rental cars. Guests acknowledge that upon receipt of fare by third party provider, the provider accepts the passenger subject to the terms of the provider contract.
Additional terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of any travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Some hotel suppliers and car rental agencies may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in or pick up to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay or usage of vehicle. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by Talavera Travel LLC for your hotel or car booking. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
It is your responsibility to obtain a valid passport and bring it with you for every passenger who is a US Citizen. You must understand that you can be denied boarding/travel unless every US Citizen in your party has a valid passport and no refunds will be issued. If you are not all US citizens, please contact your agent for appropriate travel document information before submitting this form. It is also your responsibility to obtain a valid government issued ID and all the necessary documents for any domestic travel. Talavera Travel LLC is not held liable for any negligence to provide such documents.
After purchase, a confirmation will be emailed to you within 72 business hours. This confirmation constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions of use presented herein. No oral understandings, statements, promises, or inducements contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of this confirmation exist. This confirmation is not subject to any modification, waiver, or addition that is made orally. This confirmation is subject to modification, waiver or addition only by means of a new confirmation that will be emailed to the passenger of record within 72 hours of any agreed-upon change.
A number of taxes, governmental fees, Tax Recovery Charges, and service fees may apply to your transactions on this site or when booking with one of our agents. Cancellation fees apply on all transactions, and agent commissions are non-refundable. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to all travelers and is available by contacting us directly.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Los Angeles, California in all contingencies and disputes arising from your use of this site.
Talavera Travel LLC reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to this site if, in its sole discretion, Talavera Travel LLC believes user conduct violates any applicable law or is harmful to Talavera Travel LLC or to any third party provider. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforce-ability of the remaining provisions. Talavera Travel LLC reserves the right to change any aspect of this site, or to modify, add, or cancel any of these terms and conditions. You agree to abide by whatever terms and conditions are in effect at the time of your use.
